Maintaining the garage door openers

A garage door opener is a motorised or electronic device that opens and closes the garage door. They are controlled by the switches on the wall and remote controller. With the time its model and functioning has been improved. A garage door is the largest moving thing in a home and it is maintained means opens and closes by the opener, so the opener’s maintenance is required likewise the garage door repairs.

  • You should clean and lubricate the drive and track of garage door openers once or twice in a month. Instead of using Greece, you should use light penetrating oil.
  • If the door cannot be fully opened, can be fixed by adjusting the limit screw.
